**ALL ONECHART GUITAR LESSONS AVAILABLE FOR FREE DURING COVID!**
These custom written guitar charts combine tab, chords, diagrams, riffs, rhythms, melodies and standard notation and even lyrics, to give you a fast, logical way to learn a song.
Think of it as a "mud map" or a "cheat sheet" for your song.
And every OneChart has a matching Youtube guitar tutorial guiding you through every step.
Designed to provide you with everything you need to play a song on a single page, OneChart has been developed by Australian musician and teacher Matt Toms to give you everything you need, and nothing you don't.
Browse here for your favourite songs, or search the OneChart Youtube channel.
Matt will guide you through the chart, like a one-on-one guitar lesson, giving you insightful tips and techniques along the way, as you learn to play your chosen song.
There are 3 levels of chart here, all covering the same song and format, but with varying levels of difficulty.
The Level 4 chart contains the opening riffs from the original 1970 version by Derek and the Dominos, arranged for acoustic guitar.
The tabs for the solos come in 2 levels, both original note-for-note, and one with the trickier bits slightly simplified.
Matt Toms has been playing guitar professionally for over 30 years. As a guitar and ukulele teacher, he has seen first hand the struggles of students trying to learn how to play their favourite songs.
That's why he developed OneChart. Giving his students a new, easier way of learning that condenses the essentials of a song into a form that is easily accessible and simple to read.
As Matt says, "You don't need 5 pages of repetitive tab in order to play a complete song. You need to know the riffs, the chord and strumming patterns, and the format of the song. I try to fit all of that onto a single page, so that it's not only easy to practise the song, but it helps you to memorise the piece, and play it like a musician, rather than a learner following instructions."
Matt will also guide you through your own OneChart journey with a YouTube tutorial where he'll take you through your chosen OneChart, step by step, explaining strumming patterns and fingering, and much more.
"Hi folks, found your channel yesterday on you tube and subscribed, we loved the happy hour vids and hands down best bar chord lesson I’ve seen and have looked for them for a few years." Andrew, Victoria

"It's so easy to read OneChart and get started quickly. The video tutorial was also really helpful - I could see how the song should be played, listen and play along."
"I am so grateful for your chord charts and your easily-understood method! You are a kind & generous teacher who keeps it simple & achievable. I love your accuracy & your format. In deep gratitude,"

I began playing guitar at age 9. It has been my profession for my entire life. I have played in bands, duos, and as a soloist, and have learnt (and forgotten) thousands of songs over the years, mostly by ear. I began teaching over 25 years ago, and currently teach private guitar and ukulele students both here in Sydney and by Zoom. I still perform live and by livestream, and as well as creating content for OneChart, I work as a composer for film and TV.
